Personalised Products
All personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Before your order is finalised and dispatched, we will provide confirmation of all custom details (including names, dates, spellings, colours, and design choices). It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve these details.
Once approval has been given and the item has been produced, changes, returns, or refunds will not be accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Refunds or replacements are only available for items that are:

Damaged during delivery
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos showing the damage or fault

Include your order number in your message
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

A replacement item, or

A full refund (including original delivery costs, where applicable)
Non-Eligible Refund Situations
