Made-to-Order & Processing Times

All of our products are personalised and made to order, which means we begin creating your item once your order has been placed.

Processing Time:
Please allow 1-14 business days for production before your order is shipped. During peak seasons (holidays, sales, special occasions), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or busy periods.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.


Order Accuracy

Because all items are personalised, please ensure that:

  • Names, dates, spelling, and custom details are entered correctly

  • Shipping address details are accurate and complete

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (where applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


 


Delays

While we do our very best to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Once an order has been handed to the courier, delays caused by the shipping provider are beyond our control.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  • Provide your order number and any relevant photos (if damaged)

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
